Цыплята по-индийски Цыпленок 1(один) шт., сливочное масло 50 г, репчатый лук 1(один) головка, пшеничная мука 7 стол. ложка, яблоки 7 шт., рис 0,5 стакана, соль, перчик по своему вкусу.

Подготовленные тушки цыплят рубят на порции, посыпают солью a тaкже обжаривают. Репчатый лук ошпаривают, нарезают a тaкже пассеруют. В конце пассерования добавляют пшеничную муку, перчик.
