Салат Из Креветок A тaкже Ветчины С Шампиньонами

200г очищенных креветок, 100 (грам) ветчины, 100 (грам) шампиньонов, 1(один) сладкий перчик, 2(два) картофелины, сок У4 лимона, 100 (грам) оливкового масла, 6—8 маслин, зелень петрушки, черный помеленый перчик, соль по своему вкусу.

Креветки отварить в кипящей присоленной воде в пpотяжении 5(пять) минут, шампиньоны — в пpотяжении 10 минут. Картофель отварить в мундире, очистить. Перчик очистить от плодоножки a тaкже семян. Картофель, перчик, креветки a тaкже ветчину порезать ломтиками, перемешать, присолить a тaкже приперчить.

Приготовление заправки. Перемешать масло a тaкже лимонный сок.

Залить салат заправкой, добавить часть нарезанных ломтиками шампиньонов a тaкже снова перемешать. Перед подачей выложить салат на тарелки, оформить маслинами, оставшимися шампиньонами a тaкже зеленью петрушки.
