1,5 стол. ложечки постного масла; 500-550 (грамм) нарезанных не очень больших белоснежных репок; 1(один) небольшая нарезанная головка лука; 1(один),2(два) ложк. овощного бульона; 4(четыре) кусочка белоcнежного хлеба (без корки); 120 (грамм) свежего молодого гороха; соль; перчик; щепотка тертого мускатного ореха.Для сырных слоек:120 (грамм) свежего либо размороженного слоеного теста; 50 (грамм) сырного крема с чесноком и зеленью; 1(один) яичко. Тоненько раскатайте тесто и вырежьте из него кружки диаметром приблизительно 5(пять) см. Выложите 0,5 чайной ложечки сырка в центр каждого кружка, сложите противоположные края и слепите совместно. Поместите слойки на намазанный жиром противень, смажьте яичком и выпекайте в духовке, пока они не станут хрустящими и поджаристыми. Выложите их в суп пред подачей.
