Жюльен присолить, приперчить по своему вкусу и перемешивать. На центр блинчика выложить ~1-2(два) столовых ложечки рыбного жюльена. Обсыпать потертым сыром и поднять края блинчика вверх, формируя мешочек. Мешочек обвязать тоненькой полосой лука-порея (как вариант, разрешено обвязать мешочки нитями сырка чечил или же ветками петрушки или же укропчика). Готовые мешочки поместить в намазанную сливочным маслом формочку для запекания (сверху, мешочки, также разрешено помазать расплавленным сливочным маслом). Запекать в нагретой вплоть до 180C духовке ~10-15 мин..
